The Post Graduate Department of Food Technology and Quality Assurance, in association with IQAC and Bite-Buzz, organised a Cake Mixing Ceremony on 15 October 2026 at 2:15 p.m. in the Seminar Hall of CSI College for Advanced Studies, Punnakkad.The event celebrated the spirit of Christmas through the traditional cake-mixing ritual, bringing together the department's enthusiasm, teamwork, and festive joy.
