“Water for Peace” – World Water Day Observance
In observance of World Water Day, an annual UN initiative emphasizing the importance of freshwater and the global water crisis, the Department organized the inauguration of an extension initiative on “Water Quality Analysis”, along with a One-Day Seminar on Friday, 22nd March 2024 at 9:30 AM.
The event featured Dr. Mathew Koshy, Member of the Commission on Climate Justice and Sustainable Development, as the Chief Guest and Keynote Speaker, who shared valuable insights on sustainable water management and the role of clean water in fostering peace.
