In connection with World Environment Day, the Department of Food Technology and Quality Assurance, CSI College for Advanced Studies, conducted the inauguration of the nature club and environment day celebrations on 5th June 2023. Dr. Roy George K, Former Principal of St. Thomas College, Kozhencherry, was the chief guest. The esteemed chief guest was welcomed by the Head of the department and programme co-ordinator, Dr. Jubi Jacob. Our principal, Dr. Roy Sam Daniel, was welcomed on the dais with immense respect and cordial greetings. The chief guest, Dr. Roy George,K was welcomed to inaugurate the Nature club of college and to deliver the keynote address. The keynote speech was based on the topic “Solutions to plastic pollution”.
