The Department of Food Technology and Quality Assurance of CSI College for Advanced Studies, Punnakad in partnership with WiseSteps Executive Education (Kare), Ernakulam organized a one-day training program in FoSTaC Level 2 (Advance Manufacturing) on 19th February, 2026.
Mr.Sanush Chandran B., FSSAI_FoSTaC Empaneled Trainer & Assessor was the resource person.The Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC) program, initiated by the Food
Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), aims to build capacities in food safety
and hygiene among food handlers and professionals. Completing FoSTaC training can
lead to several valuable outcomes for both individuals and organizations.
