CSI College for Advanced Studies Punnakkad, organized its College Reopening Day Programme on 1 June 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in the Seminar Hall. The programme commenced with a prayer song by the college choir, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.The gathering was formally welcomed by Dr. Sheena Eapen, Principal. Special addresses were delivered by Rev. Shalu T. Mathew, Bursar, and Mr. Kurian Tharian Mathew, Director, who encouraged students to make the best use of the opportunities provided by the institution.
Musical performances by Sharon Manna Shaji, Jithin Jasin, and Niya Binish P. added charm to the event. Heads of various departments, including Dr. Jubi Jacob, Ms. Feba M.R., Ms. Safana Sudheer, and Ms. Daya Sara Manoj, addressed the students and shared their expectations and aspirations for the new academic year.
The programme also featured experience-sharing sessions by students Anakha S. and Santo V. Thomas, who inspired their peers by sharing their academic journeys and college experiences.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Dr. Darly Mathew, IQAC Coordinator and Vice Principal, followed by the National Anthem. The programme marked a positive and enthusiastic beginning to the new academic year, motivating students to strive for excellence in both academics and extracurricular activities.
